Great experience!! Never had such a great service before. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect. Jah-quan made sure to get me on schedule promptly and is very knowledgeable on the cars. He’s very good at what he does, the advice he gave was spectacular. When I dropped off my car he was able to facilitate me with an loaner. You also get a short video from the technician showing what’s happening with your vehicle in real time. We had a flat (and seemingly some fancy tires that can’t easily be fixed). Destiny was great; ordered new tires, kept us in the loop about their arrival, and coordinated everything. Not a “big” fix and slightly on the expensive side, but Destiny was great and the pricing was to be expected from Mercedes. Happy New Year
