Guzman is the best service advisor.
I took my car to the service center for diagnostics and it stayed there for days. The problem they identified was completely different than the actual problem. The price they quoted was very high, so I took my car to a private repair shop and they found the real problem in one day and repaired my car for a much much lower price. I was about to waste thousands of dollars on an unnecessary repair that wouldn't even solve my problem and I would have ended up replacing perfectly working parts.
Great service at Mercedes-Benz Fort Lauderdale (first time) everything was done perfectly, just forgot to reset my ASSYST Plus reminder.
My service advisor, Feliberto Pena, is always accommodating, he always goes the extra mile to help me with any issues that arise with my vehicle.
Great service manager...if i could rate more than 5 stars, i surely would.
