Having had 2 mercedes vehicles in the past up north i was extremely disappointed. Worst customer service at this service center. Awful - they didn't even do the proper work for the car. Did not complete updates. Had to return again... and again... replaced battery and then lights went on and I couldn't drive the car. Just an awful experience with the service department and jesse james doesnt know a thing about customer service. I will never return to that location again.
The service was good. But, I was quoted one price for my oil change when I dropped my car off, and I signed the estimate before the service started. However, when I came back to pick up my car, the total was almost $100 more than the original quote. I asked Sergio about the difference, but he didn’t remember the original amount I was quoted. My service was coordinated by Manny Guzman, MB Service Advisor with whom I have always delat with. As usual dropped off the car since it was a one day stop. He sent me off on a Lyft ride then had me picked up to collect my car. All fluids were changed and topped off. Brakes and tires checked as is MB procedure for its vehicles. Excellent service as always !!
