In February 2026, I purchased a new sprinter van. Nicole, Anna, and Lane were my contacts. Those staff members are absolute professional. Compared to other vehicles on the road, Mercedes-Benz is a slight difference in price. as we know: you get what you pay for. Nothing can compare to the performance, or features that Mercedes-Benz offers. Customer service is priceless. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of northern Arizona.
Jess in Service was OUTSTANDING. We were traveling and I had 3 separate issues with our 2021 Sprinter. He was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. He fixed the issue he could quickly and gave me great advice on what to take care of when we got home so that we could get back to our vacation.
