Flagstaff Traveling near Flagstaff AZ my Sprinter Van developed a transmission issue caused by Mercedes of Sarasota so I called Mercedes of Flagstaff. I spoke with Alex in service and he explained they were booked but offered to squeeze me in anyway. Upon arrival I was met by a young lady named Dallas who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down the best dealer service centre in the US! Everyone is busy & short staffed these days, l get it, but this service centre went out of their way to fit my Sprinter van in for repairs and got me back on the road in a few days! So rare to find! And although they didn’t say it, l can tell they did everything possible to keep costs down. I got a heap of diagnostic & repair work done for less than a non-dealer repair shop would charge!
