Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with upon submitting a request for a used convertible. I received endless emails and being that I do not live in the area. I asked for some photos of the vehicle needless to say after many many more endless emails asking for some photos, I was assured I would have them by the end of the day Two days later with more endless emails still no photos of this vehicle who knows if it really exists and most likely they are trying just to get me to... read more
The repairs were made in a very timely manner. The Tehnician even took the time to place my gifts inside the vehicle during the repair and put them back when he was finished. I want to apologize him for clearing what I should have prior to arriving to the dealership. This is the level of excellence I have come to appreciate when putting my dream car in the hands of this dealership. Merry Christmas to the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville :)!
I called this dealership to get help with my usb port. And was told by the service department they would charge me over$200.00 Just to tell me what is wrong with my usb port that connects to my android car play. I have never been treated this way when I go to Raleigh North Carolina. Who charges someone that much money just to give me an estimate.
