Amazed by being charged $645 for just one hour of labor — and yes, that was labor only, no parts included. At this rate, I almost thought Karl Benz himself had come back from history to fix my car. In addition, I was almost charged an extra $25 “Technology Fee” — supposedly by accident — with no prior statement or invoice. Luckily, I caught it before leaving and got this portion back.
Said 1.5 hours, then said 1 hour more. It’s been almost 4 hours. If they were accurate with timing upfront i would have gone and had lunch or went and came back 4 hours later. No apologies. Bad experience. Brendon - my welcome person doesn’t check -in, i need to go get him and ask. Exactly 4 hours:) Brendon apologized at the end but it felt like forced. Would be a good idea to offer some light food as a courtesy to customers who wait than a few hours. Also, one of the issues with the car was not fixed 19k and brakes are sque... read more

I brought My Sprinter van in to get the regular stuff done to it and my kids were watching TV in the van on the way there and happened to be watching Paw Patrol. When we pulled up and walked up to meet the service advisor, he looked just like Ryder from Paw Patrol, same hair and everything so my kids were so excited like he jumped out of the TV and right into the dealership!
