Said 1.5 hours, then said 1 hour more. It’s been almost 4 hours. If they were accurate with timing upfront i would have gone and had lunch or went and came back 4 hours later. No apologies. I brought My Sprinter van in to get the regular stuff done to it and my kids were watching TV in the van on the way there and happened to be watching Paw Patrol. When we pulled up and walked up to meet the service advisor, he looked just like Ryder from Paw Patrol, same hair and everything so my kids were so excited like he jumped out of the TV and right into the dealership!
