I am very happy with their Service Department. I have 4 Mercedes (SL400, 2019 S560 coupe, GLE 350, and a new CLE53AMG) . They service them all. Savannah Farmer is my Service Advisor and she is awesome. Very fair pricing. They always have a loan car for me. Very accomodating. They always wash my car before returning to me. I recommend them. They have a great customer lounge with goumet coffes/lattes/etc, and fresh fruit and mammoth gourmet muffins in the morning.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mercedes-Benz of Escondido. While visiting from Henderson, Nevada, I got a flat tire after an unfortunate incident in a hotel parking garage and had to have my GLE 63 AMG towed to the dealership. I got a great service from the service department and special thanks to Monsse Alvarado. Took care of all technical issues in a professional manner.
I brought my 2019 GLC with only 70k miles on it for a routine service. I was then told that my car needed over $8k in repairs: rear engine oil leak, collapsed motor mounts, and cylinder head replacement. My car has not shown any of these signs before nor driving any differently. I was told these things just happen and my car is old enough for my engine to just start failing.
