I’ve had a few experiences that were unsatisfactory. Ordering parts that never showed up and then later not finding any record of the part ever being ordered. Things have been resolved now — I just needed to be the squeaky wheel. It was sometimes quite painful to speak with someone and get questions answered and calls returned. Perhaps I always called during the most busy parts of the day. Overall I like the people there and usually the customer service is excellent.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Spotless service bay area. Konnor is a great Service Advisor.

Service staff offer great customer service. My car was well taken care of and my appointment was done quickly. Staff goes above and beyond.
