Never again will I go back! I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt again because I have a great relationship with the parts department. Recently I purchased a battery from parts that is having issues, the parts department told me that I needed to have service test my battery for warranty. I've sent my employee their three times and have been given the runaround every single time. These are the master techs of my Smart car. Good but didn't get 5 stars because of their high prices. I am glad to pay for quality work! Nobody else can really work on my smart without a bunch of phone calls and shrugs. I currently need a repair to fix my AC, $800, because of how deep the part is in the car and how much they need to disassemble.

I have a sprinter van that went into limp mode on a Moab trip 13 hours away from home. We called our Reno dealer for some advice and it was terrible. Then I called the service department at Draper Mercedes and Tommy (I believe his name was) was super helpful. He asked me a series of questions, told me to pull over and start and stop the engine a few times to see if the motor would reset.
