Scheduled an oil change and was told it would take an hour up to an hour and a half. After the 2 hour mark I asked for an update and they told me it was just getting started and would be at least another 30 minutes because they don’t carry Volvo parts, even though they were expecting my vehicle??? No other explanation or even an apology. It took 3 hours total. I bring my car here for maintenance because I have the Lithia lifetime oil change plan but I might go elsewhere in the future.
I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Des Moines. The Sale and Service departments have been incredible. I am only giving 4 stars today because I got a new service advisor this time around and the experience is nothing like what I have had before at this location. My CLA 250 has been there for 2 weeks with no communication. I've left messages 3 times and have yet to hear anything.
