Called several times, for a copy off my Mercedes Benz service history, spoke to the receptionist left details, but no reply!! Still nothing. I am a Mercedes customer, even though I wasn't going to be spending thousands of pounds today, I have previously! After Sales is appalling!
Polite and helpful staff.
Friendly staff. Good waiting area with coffee area which was great and huge TV with News. Made the wait no issue. Short of staff to arrange a test drive but other than that all was great with service .
Aman was great. He made my experience on the vehicle purchase great. He pointed me to various features I never knew existed on the car I wanted to buy. Documentation was swift and he assisted and provided lots of information. I had an issue with delay for some add-ons refund and it took some time to get the refund but Craig (the manager) was very helpful. He explained the reason for the delay which was understandable. High level of expertise. Thank you guys. You guys rock. Possible bad experience turned a great one.
