I went for an oil change and they obligate you to do a service A or B and after I told them I was going to my home Mercedes that in coral gables . They then became flexible but with this low level professionalism, I will not do business with.

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and dishonest. My experience at this auto service center was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of an associate named Jesus Fuenmayor. He was not only disrespectful, but also blatantly lied during our interaction. Worst service center ever. Brought my sprinter in for a couple of issues and after a couple of days it being there nothing got touched or fixed even after they said they did and clearly lied. Worst customer service and disrespectful. Had to take my sprinter with the issues to elsewhere. Negative stars for this service center.

Fernando Ramos is hands down the best Service Advisor -“ambassador” at this dealership - or any in my 35 years of owning Mercedes vehicles . He is an asset to this company with excellent customer care and delivers a white glove service with a welcoming attitude. Wonderful attentive punctual - you need to clone this guy !!!
