I went today for my car first service , Fernando ( Advisor ) assisted me , disappointed with service received , did not meet my expectation , my car was returned to me dirty NOT what I expect from Mercedes Benz “ The best or Nothing “ ALWAYS !! Managers & Directors should pay attention to all those details because it is very important part of the prestige and reputation of the Brand !! Market is full of other good options , advise take GOOD CARE about MB customers . Thank you

I went for an oil change and they obligate you to do a service A or B and after I told them I was going to my home Mercedes that in coral gables . They then became flexible but with this low level professionalism, I will not do business with.

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and dishonest. My experience at this auto service center was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of an associate named Jesus Fuenmayor. He was not only disrespectful, but also blatantly lied during our interaction. I came in expecting honest service and basic courtesy — instead, I was met with attitude, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Worst service center ever. Brought my sprinter in for a couple of issues and after a couple of days it being there nothing got touched or fixed even after they said they did and clearly lied. Worst customer service and disrespectful. Had to take my sprinter with the issues to elsewhere. Negative stars for this service center.
