My experience was great, Juan Carlos was patient with me and gave me some knowledge of the parts I was getting. Overall he provided exceptional customer service, ask to speak to him if you go to parts.
Terrible experience with this service department. They don’t answer phone calls or texts, but keep sending automated messages and emails. Completely unreliable with their timing and communication. My work vehicle stayed in the shop 5 days instead of a single day that was promised, and they wasted a lot of my time. Would not recommend — avoid this place if you can.
