I want to thank Ty and team for helping me troubleshoot some issues that I was having with my car. If you are in the greater NOLA area, then this location is worth the field trip to Covington! Timely, professional, and knowledgeable... who could ask for more?!
What’s disappointing is that the service at this dealership used to be outstanding, far better than what it is now. It seems like things really took a downturn after COVID, and it hasn’t recovered since. While this location is incredibly convenient for us—we’re within walking distance—we’re seriously considering taking our vehicle elsewhere because of the recent experiences. We hope to see improvements, as we’d love to continue supporting our local dealership.
On 10/17/2023 I called inquiring about transmission fluid change on a 2019 E300. I was quoted $1200. Just to have the transmission fluid change. That is a ridiculous amount to have transmission fluid changes
