Everyone is very nice. Isabel is always helpful and has a great attitude. Francisco was extremely helpful getting me a loaner when it was difficult.
I had an appointment and requested a loaner. I arrived for my appointment and after an hour was told there were no loaners. This place is full of service customers - not a good sign. Furthermore, no one has helped me make arrangements to get to work or put me in any car so I can leave. 2.5 hours as of right now. I keep hearing people complaint and the reception guy just says, ‘sorry’
It doesn’t get better than this for me today. Mark started out checking my tires for air; he then introduced me to the tire rep Jonathan to check my tires and was advised I needed an alignment re back tires. I was able to quickly connect to my advisor Raphael B. who was able to get it done while I wait. I was able to charge my phone using his charger as I was waiting. He has a professional calm manner and was so courteous to me. Thanks for this expert service I experienced.
