The most dishonest and unprofessional service organization that I have ever worked with. My 2024 E450 had a flat tire and Mercedes-Benz roadside was able to get me a towtruck within 30 minutes which was the only positive. I had the car towed to the closest dealer which was Coral Gables. This was a Wednesday. The front desk said that a service advisor would be with me within 10-15 minutes. It was about 90 minutes later that someone assisted me. My husband and I bought a new expensive car, which is under warranty, we had a problem with the alignment of the tire and we contacted this service, Service Director Jose Ortega is a very unprofessional person, he refused to solve the problem with the car and said that this is the norm for such a defect, although this defect is very dangerous and poses a threat to our lives, while he was laughing at us !!!! This rating was because the service to my car was rendered and my new representstive was kind and knowledgeable. However as far as the overall quality of this dealership it has significantly reduced. It is is run by 20 year olds and none of the tenured employees are there. I can definitely tell theirs a change in ownership. My car took longer than usual to be returned which is ok. They always perform the best service on my vehicle but the agents are not great at following up and responding to messages after they have your car in their possession. I would name drop but I won’t for the sake of humanity and understanding that people are busy but the fortune is in the follow up. !!
