Awesome experience. Michael always provides exceptional customer service and literally customizes my experience. Always answers questions and will provide his opinion about the service options.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their service department alone is what will keep me in a Mercedes. They always go above and beyond to provide care and service. They do the best job keeping your vehicle in tip top shape, while keeping the customer happy. Michael has always made sure we are updated and gives us his best recommendations including helping us pick a new vehicle that would be best for our driving habits. I cannot thank Michael and his service team enough for always taking great care of us.
