This has been the worst dealership experience we have ever had. I am writing this to warn others before they go through what we did. In June 2025, we purchased a 2018 CLA250 from this dealership along with the extended warranty they offered. We were told the wheels had been refinished, and that the vehicle had passed a 130-point inspection. Hands down one of the best service departments there is. I took my car in for a few issues and my service advisor took care of everything. They were able to get my stuff fixed under warranty. I can't say enough about these guys leaving my car and having to get alternative transportation to work is a big deal because I work weird hours and they came through and got me a loaner car. No questions asked which saved the day.
