Overall, it was an okay experience, but I left with real concerns about the wait time and service flow. I came in for a scheduled service appointment, and this was my first time choosing to stay and wait while the work was being completed. In hindsight, that was a mistake on my end because I underestimated how long the process would take. I came in at 12:15 p.m. and did not leave the service center until 5:10 PM.
