I took my Mercedes to this mercedes-Benz of Chicago service centre for a check-up and left feeling robbed, disrespected, and furious. When I went to pick up my car, the seats were ripped apart—literally torn. My car wouldn’t even start. ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This dealership is beyond unprofessional-it's negligent and dishonest. Not only did they lie but they failed to complete the work as scheduled, and when we arrived to find my brothers car damaged, dead and unusable, not like when we brought it in it was working just great and needed only a check-in.
