I drive out of my way to this Mercedes service department, they have a great service department. The Advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. They provide valet service and loaner cars while providing service to your cars. Service is never a few hundred always $1000 or more. This time it was leaking antifreeze, the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced. $992.00 before taxes and additional charges, $1,152.38 after. Great service the manager is very helpful sales person not great
I had an appointment at 10:00. Got there earlier but still had to wait several hours after my appointment time. . The staff was friendly but I didn’t like the wait for a very simple issue.
