Always impressed with the service reps and service engineers at this place. Morgan is just amazing and super helpful.
Just came in for annual maintenance. Was surprised that tire rotation was not a part of standard maintenance. Also, was told upon arrival that there were 3 three recalls on the car and I'd have to make another appointment to have that service done. It's a 3 hour round trip during normal traffic to the facility.
Over $700 for an oil change and tire rotation. What else do I need to say? When I questioned the $700 bill, the response was, we changed your windshield wipers. Mercedes of Chesterfield got me on this one. They won’t get me again. Not for service or future purchases.
