It's hit and miss. Called the other day about a check engine light on my piece of crap mercedes gle 450, and the lady said the next available appointment was in 5 weeks out. Hung up and called again, spoke to a guy, and he scheduled an appointment one week out.
Our battery was going out and Katelyn Seibers was able to help us immediately without an appointment. She was gracious and urgent with how she dealt with our problem. Thank you!
