We have a sprinter van for our dog grooming service. We scheduled routine maintenance for our van a month ago to be done Monday. We dropped it off Sunday night. We called a few times throughout the day to see if it was ready and they said it was still being worked on. When we called at 4:00 they said they would need another day. I was quickly connected with Dan in the service department who provided excellent communication and was able to provide all information I needed and recommendations; including reliable towing options! It's hit and miss. Called the other day about a check engine light on my piece of crap mercedes gle 450, and the lady said the next available appointment was in 5 weeks out. Hung up and called again, spoke to a guy, and he scheduled an appointment one week out.
