Worst car service experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment online and when the service center called to confirm, I asked if there was availability that same day. I was told that if I brought my car within the hour, it could be serviced that afternoon and I would receive a text when it was complete. I dropped my car off at 10:15 AM. We have a sprinter van for our dog grooming service. We scheduled routine maintenance for our van a month ago to be done Monday. We dropped it off Sunday night. We called a few times throughout the day to see if it was ready and they said it was still being worked on. When we called at 4:00 they said they would need another day.
