Nana provided exceptional service from start to finish. He kept me consistently updated throughout the process, ensured the pricing was accurately adjusted, and offered expert guidance on the necessary maintenance for my car's next visit.
I wish there were other options for Mercedes service center in the area. Service advisor is VERY hard to get ahold of, typically I end up speaking to someone else who can only give me a "general" answer of what's going on, but can't answer further because my service advisor is busy. Also, recently have been getting calls (1-2 a week) to bring the vehicle in for service even after I have one on the schedule.
Have always been to this place for all my car services. Chris Shall , the best service advisor, always made sure everything has been taken care.
