I have picked up my check and received refund.
I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and added a warranty package at the time of sale. I later requested a cancellation and refund, and it has now been over two weeks with no resolution and no clear communication on the status. Refunds should not take this long, and the lack of follow-up has been frustrating. I expected a smoother process from a dealership of this caliber. I’ll update this review if and when the refund is finally processed.
