I purchased a car on January 17, 2025. I checked the tires and rims I noticed a damaged rim. I was promised that it would be replaced before I picked up the car. It wasn’t Muhammad said he would make an appointment for me to have it repaired. That didn’t happen. I found it inconceivable that I notice the rim and not the tire on that rim which was worn out with a nipple on the side wall. This dealership is not the closest to my home, but I prefer to visit because Andre always takes great care of me and I’ve been coming faithfully for the last 5 years. My service advisor is Andre Goppy and he’s so AMAZING and extremely diligent. He’s very courteous and hospitable. Whether it’s ensuring I have a loaner, transportation back and forth, his communication is unmatched and much appreciated. He’s simply the best and I’m grateful that he makes coordination with the team for service repairs seamless and easy!
