I had a cracked DPF (known failure point) in my 2014 Sprinter that was leaking emissions into my cabin. This is supposed to be covered under my extended warranty. The service manager Jose was telling me it wasn’t covered since it didn’t trigger check engine light. I then took to another MB dealer in SD and they said it was absolutely covered under warranty and anyone telling me otherwise is off their rocker. As expected this center is clean and organized with quality staff. Just don't leave a message and expect a call back.
Friendly staff, took care of the car. Super expensive.
After my first experience here I was going to give a 2 star review. But the last two times have been seamless and the staff has been great.
