I have been a long time client of Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. I was drawn to the customer service when I first began with them. At one point, the customer service changed dramatically and I decided to use a different Mercedes location. I gave the Caldwell location another try this week and was given service advisor, Michael Andolina. I feel valued again.
