Absolutely unacceptable. If being disrespectful to customers was a competition, this dealership would win first place. I brought my Mercedes-Benz in with a valid CPO warranty, and the Service Director, Sean Lobosco, refused to even read it. Instead, he told me that my car “gave him a headache” and that he doesn’t want me to come back. Excuse me? That’s the level of “professionalism” you get at a Mercedes-Benz dealership?
