Franca did an exceptional job with scheduling appointment. I was able to relax in a pleasant environment and wait for my car to be serviced.
I had several service requests, including tires and software recall. It was super easy to schedule and reserve a loaner for the time my car was being worked on. My service manager Erin kept me up to date daily with the status of repairs. Very grateful for the teams top notch service and proactive communication!
