Shady. Deceptive. Completely unworthy of representing the Mercedes-Benz brand. Shady, deceptive, and flat-out greedy. They conveniently ask how you’re paying your $1,500 bill, and the moment you say credit card — like most normal customers would — they tack on a 3% surcharge. That’s $45 extra for absolutely nothing. I have a 2025 GLA was completely serviced w 4 hrs of extra work according to them in late December. I drive my car 60 m day. This morning my battery died out of no where. They towed it to service and they tell me it will be there for 2 days. No explanation as to what is wrong. The person in charge Jonathan never comes to the phone. The just leave me on hold. I ve been coming here for years but it’s not the same at all. Terrible customer service.

Time wasters, scammers and the worst experience. Had my car submitted for repairs, and I was quoted about 3k in damages. They then send it to their auto body shop (63 auto body) and the final damages apparently cost 21k. Because this whole process took a month, I made the big mistake of going through my own insurance, which now shows up on carfax. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer or its service department to anyone. Go to any other dealer
