Great Mercedes dealership.. also they have an amazing body shop as well.. this sounds cheesey, but it's the only dealership I trust to look after my Mercedes.. plus recently I've been using there dealership in Cardiff 2 brilliant Mercedes Benz dealerships.. top people working at both.
recently visited Mercedes-Benz Bridgend to view and know more about different models and makes. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff members who assisted me was neither welcoming nor helpful and made no effort to explain the vehicle or make me feel comfortable. For a brand positioned as premium, I expected much better customer service — especially during a major buying decision like this.
