Awful! Don't return calls, cars come with faults that they aren't interested in fixing once you've paid, I had to contact Mercedes directly asking them to get involved and only then did the repair get done. If you're looking for a Mercedes (lovely cars) please take heed of this advice and go elsewhere! I wouldn't trust these to pump a tyre up on my bike! Nevermind a car.....
