I stopped in to pick up a part for my Sprinter-based motorhome. The guy behind the Parts counter was very helpful and friendly. I didn't recognize the mount on the wipers, so I asked the guy behind the Service counter if he could show me. He was happy to do so, and also very friendly. This was a very pleasant visit, even better than the Lexus dealer we use for my wife's car.

Wow, came in with an issue on our 2016 Sprinter van. 4hrs later back on the road, it was a recall issue so no charge. Definitely recommend going here if you are on the road and need help.

We were traveling from Denver to the Oregon coast. Just as we entered Idaho we threw an engine light in our sprinter van. My reader said it was a clogged diesel particulate filter. I panicked and called this dealership. It was the Friday of the weekend before Christmas. I couldn’t get to the dealership until 1:30 or 2. Jackson Adams was awesome! Driving from McCall to Palm Springs, the AC stopped working. Made an appointment. Once I dropped off the car they told me it could take a day maybe two. Before they could diagnose the problem. Fixing it could take maybe 4 days. So we decided to drive on for 16hrs without AC. Temperature all the way home was between 100 and 115 degrees. Next day I dropped it off at local dealer. They added freon, and it was working again. Took no more than 30 min.
