Mercedes is always first class to their customers. I love when I take my car for service, that it comes back clean and repaired. Customer service is excellent!
Hoover location is very different than Grants Mill. I had no problem with my service. However, I paid for my service and was sitting in the waiting area for my car. After 15 minutes I walked to the pickup bay and my car was running, the protective coverings in the car and no service staff around. I asked a runner, “Am I good to go?” She politely came back with paperwork for me to sign and I removed all the protective coverings and left the dealership. The level of service gets a 3.5 but service was done efficiently.
Ashton and Juliet are the best. Never lose them.

It’s ALWAYS a great experience when I’m at MB - Irondale! This was my first time purchasing a car from them, but my 3rd Mercedes and this time was easily the most enjoyable experience purchasing a car. Trent made it very easy for me. He was excellent start to finish and very welcoming & kind. He was literally the reason I chose to go ahead and lock the car down - my intentions were to just shop around - and I am not easily convinced to do something I don’t want to.
