This dealerships service department is horrible. I stopped in to schedule my 160K prepaid maintenance service, spoke to Kyle, he said he couldn't do the service unless I had at least 157K miles. I said ok and left the dealership. The next day I received a call from the service writer asking me to come get the vehicle serviced, and that it was ok as long as there wasn't over 1M miles on the vehicle. I said, are you sure?
