Recently purchased a MB and had a positive experience with sales-rep, Matt Hill. No pressure and over the course of 2 visits, was able to evaluate several vehicles. Received a fair offer for my used MB, agreed on a price, and while taking care of the purchase, the new vehicle was detailed for us to drive home the same day. The finance mgr., Britt Strain, was courteous and took the time to make sure we knew exactly what documents we were signing. All in all, I'd recommend MB of Baton Rouge.
My 1st time experience was good. My service rep Clovis is very detailed & professional. I had a service B and price is reasonable. One thing I did notice and i did notify the dealer about. My windshield wiper fluid was not topped off during the inspection. Also, my engine light came on a week after service with a code P0DA which often points to oil pressure sensor or control circuit. Ironically the oil change was done in the service B. Idk but I will take it to get it checked out.
