Formans at the shop said they couldn’t reset (Mercedes specific)codes without doing repair ; I did the repair myself ( they no longer work on my model vehicle) I don’t really get it but at least they had excellent customer service!
Always friendly and helpful whenever I go there for service. Andrea Bridwell is the best and goes out of her way to help, Jason Tarver is friendly and helpful.

I went to Mercedes of baton rouge to buy a on October 1st. Was outside for 50 minutes no one came to help. I went inside and greeted by receptionist. She had to make the SALES REP to assist me. If waiting 20 minutes for the SALES REP to get the keys to the VEHICLE I WAS GOING BUY, AFTER POOR SERVICE I LEFT.
