I never quite got to buying a car via Mercedes-Benz Aylesbury, but had an excellent experience and would have no hesitation going back next time we're looking to buy. Travelling from London, I arranged to view a car with Ryan Appleton, who was excellent from a customer service perspective and incredibly knowledgeable. Unfortunately the car wasn't quite right (insufficient boot space), but I couldn't fault the service and professionalism when engaging with Ryan throughout the process.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mercedes in Aylesbury. I was informed that my car required over £2,000 worth of work, which I was told was not covered under warranty. However, the issue should have been covered, making this both frustrating and concerning. The lack of clarity and consistency around the warranty has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
