For a start the 5 stars isn't for the product! Firstly the "product". Keep returning for various reasons as we have a few vans on our fleet. Some of the issues on the vans are disappointing, some are wear and tear, so fair enough. That's product issues with todays modern vans and the whole net zero drive (DPF, CAT, Sensors (Painful!)). We recently travelled to Vertu Aylesbury from Mid Wales to exchange our old A-Class Mercedes for a newer model, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The welcome we received was first-class, with Ryan and Neil making the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach really stood out. Having visited Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury to have the first service done on my 1 year old A Class, I had an impromptu 12 month review of my current finance agreement with Neil Egan in the sales department. I have to say that Neil was super informative and was a fountain of knowledge and even invited me to consider and drive a fully electric CLA. My car needed a checkup, i took it and Toby was so helpful and kind and guided me through the whole thing. Honestly felt comfortable and reassured that my car was in good hands. A very kind and supportive team in general. Very happy to be part of this community.
