Wes Trujillo and staff were anmazing. I have not experienced better customer service anywhere. Great prices and follow-through. Wes was attentive to all of our needs and took the time to make sure we had all the information to make the right decision. In the end, he put us in not one great Mercedes but two. Don’t go anywhere else to buy a car. Go to Wes first and you won’t need to go anywhere else.

Excellent service! Our Winnebago sprinter had issues driving from NY to Florida and Chris had all the issues fixed immediately. Well educated with Mercedes repairs in general and has a "we can fix it" attitude not found today in customer service.

Terrible customer service. All of the associates were just sitting around one person’s desk just talking loud and using profanity. The associate Cesar was so unprofessional and not helpful. He was yelling at me from across the room to tell him my phone number so he look up some type of profile. I came there because my screen on my brand new car was frozen. He said he attempted to reset it and it didn’t work & that I had to wait 3-4 days later for them to look at it. Without the screen working, I couldn’t connect my cell phon... read more
