If your insurance allows you to choose where to bring your car, BRING IT HERE!!! Raffi and everyone here are courteous, kind, and want to do the very best job they can. Unfortunately, I have had to visit them three times in the last year and a half (crazy drivers and a fight with a McD's drive thru). Each time they did a fabulous job. I hope to never need them again, but, if I do, I will come back in a heartbeat.
I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria Collision Center and their team, especially Viken Doudaklian. After a December 2025 collision to my 2025 CLE 53 AMG and being found not at-fault, I initially brought my vehicle to a different Mercedes collision center. Their estimate ballooned to over $32k recommending a full quarter panel replacement ($12k for the part alone), extensive structural weld work, and numerous other major repairs. Had a great experience here with Selynne. Very warm and positive personality. Great communication and customer service, kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle, without me needing to call and was overall pleasant! However, my 2nd time visiting, my encounter with the “office manager “ was not as pleasant. She was not inviting nor pleasant to interact with. I had to repeatedly call/email to get an update. I have returned to this collision center several times and each and every time, it's been the best experience I've ever had when it comes to dealing with car issues. Celine is an absolute gem! She is so pleasant and is always very helpful. She goes above and beyond and has even saved me money by rubbing off scratches that I thought needed major repair. This team is honest, and professional and makes the ordeal of getting the car fixed an actual pleasant experience. Thanks team!
Been calling since Friday morning. No one answers the phone. No one has reached out regarding the repairs on my vehicle. All communication just stopped. Meanwhile the rental is due back. Unacceptable
