Had a great experience here with Selynne. Very warm and positive personality. Great communication and customer service, kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle, without me needing to call and was overall pleasant! However, my 2nd time visiting, my encounter with the “office manager “ was not as pleasant. She was not inviting nor pleasant to interact with. I had to repeatedly call/email to get an update. I have returned to this collision center several times and each and every time, it's been the best experience I've ever had when it comes to dealing with car issues. Celine is an absolute gem! She is so pleasant and is always very helpful. She goes above and beyond and has even saved me money by rubbing off scratches that I thought needed major repair. This team is honest, and professional and makes the ordeal of getting the car fixed an actual pleasant experience. Thanks team!
Been calling since Friday morning. No one answers the phone. No one has reached out regarding the repairs on my vehicle. All communication just stopped. Meanwhile the rental is due back. Unacceptable
