If your insurance allows you to choose where to bring your car, BRING IT HERE!!! Raffi and everyone here are courteous, kind, and want to do the very best job they can. Unfortunately, I have had to visit them three times in the last year and a half (crazy drivers and a fight with a McD's drive thru). Each time they did a fabulous job. I hope to never need them again, but, if I do, I will come back in a heartbeat.
I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria Collision Center and their team, especially Viken Doudaklian. After a December 2025 collision to my 2025 CLE 53 AMG and being found not at-fault, I initially brought my vehicle to a different Mercedes collision center. Their estimate ballooned to over $32k recommending a full quarter panel replacement ($12k for the part alone), extensive structural weld work, and numerous other major repairs.
