They were extremely professional and amazing! Every staff member was very kind. The gentleman at the reception kindly invited me to have a seat and let me know there was coffee available. They explained every step of the process very clearly, and they specifically arranged for a Chinese-speaking staff member to take care of my car, which made communication very convenient. Incredible service and staff. I took my Acura MDX in recently and they did a great job repairing it. In particular, Lobo (one of the technicians) is very kind and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I’ve come here for repairs over many years. They’ve always been consistent and the work quality has been top notch. Staff at front desk were both friendly and accommodating. If you have a Mercedes involved in an accident and you want your car looking as though it rolled out the factory, then look no further.
