Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was not satisfactory in terms of service quality and respect for the customer’s time. The process was extremely slow, coordination was poor, and timelines were neither clear nor reliable. At no point did it feel like the customer’s time and planning were truly valued — something that should be expected from a brand at this level.
