Michael Brockbank at Mercedes-Benz Artarmon has been looking after my two cars for a few years now, and the service has always been excellent. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Always delivers great customer service and keeps everything running smoothly. You can really trust him with your car.
My family stopped going here for servicing because of the terrible customer service. One time we waited 80 mins to pick up our car after a service - I’m sure they had forgotten but after we finally got the car, for the next 7 days we kept “your car is ready for pickup” texts? On another separate occasion, they took children car seats out and did not install them back in properly and we had to get them re-installed professionally at a cost. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to express my gratitude to Cameron for personally checking everything, taking care of even the things I wasn’t aware of, and providing all the services with such kindness. I also wanted to leave this note as a small token of appreciation. If you’re unsure or wondering where to get your Mercedes Service A or B done, I highly recommend having it done here.
This morning, I visited the Mercedes-Benz North Shore service center to top up my engine coolant. Service Advisor Cameron Hawkes greeted me warmly and arranged for the service to be completed in under half an hour. Throughout the process, Cameron was friendly, professional, and attentive. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Mercedes-Benz North Shore.
