I took my Mercedes Sprinter in on a tow truck to get fixed at Artarmon Mercedes. The service itself was good, but they totally took advantage—quoted me $11,000 just for a water pump and a few other things. My general mechanic quoted me $3,500 for the same job, so in the end, I had to take the van elsewhere and get it fixed for a fraction of the price.
Came in to get a pink slip and some minor repairs sorted for my 2014 A180. Morgan provided exceptionally friendly and professional service. He ensured I was kept up to date with what needed to happen with my vehicle as well as taking the time to explain thoroughly all my questions and provide recommendations for future care and maintenance of my vehicle. A special thank you to Ray Wakileh, Front of House Manager, who was professional, warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free for me as possible. Ray kept me informed throughout, was attentive to every detail and took care of whatever needed to be done to get my car back on the road. Great service from a helpful team. They make every effort to fix problems on-site, and they proactively escalate cases to Mercedes when necessary
It has taken over 2 weeks for Mercedes-Benz North Shore - Service Centre to tell me the cost of a Service B and what is included in that cost. Escalation to the Manager Vic Emkmekjian went unanswered. Still no result. I mean like, how hard can it be!!
