Very well run service centre now that Ray is the manager. This is my third time visiting since he took over and consistently this centre is responsive and accommodating. Mercedes has really improved its service management, from the follow up of missed calls through to going over and above keeping clients happy.
It was nightmare horrible experience at MB service centre here !!! On the 1st September Went to there due to adblue light on & engine light on Paid off $2700 for replace EGR; $382 diagnosis; $382 for off engine light. Picked up on 08/09 but engine light is still on and told me that the light will be on for good until I could pay $7000 more to repair other small issues not related to the engine light.
