I have to express my absolute appreciation for what Michael Brockbank did to help me get my car back on the road he went above and beyond my expectations. when everybody couldn't help me Michael made the impossible possible. Mercedes are lucky to have someone like Michael who is so dedicated and passionate. I know from now on I will be only dealing with him. THANK YOU!
I wish to compliment Senior Service Advisor Michael Brockbank for the excellent customer service he provided when I had my car in for regular service last week. Michael was cheerful and courteous. He was very helpful in explaining what I had to watch out for if I encounter any issues between servicing. He said if I do encounter any issues I can contact him and he will organise for me to bring my car in straight away. Excellent service from Mercedes. The service manager was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. My car was serviced perfectly and even washed before being handed back to me, which was a great touch. Highly recommend their service.
Cameron Hawkes has done a great job of looking after my needs regarding prompt and reliable services on my Mercedes C350e with continual updates on progress and any issues. I am very pleased to have him looking after my servicing needs and will keep coming back. Amazing customer service, skilled technicians, seamless from the moment you drive in to the moment you drive out. Nick was extremely helpful in getting my car booked in for a full investigation into issues I've reported previously to other centres. Which were never resolved I might add. Cameron was awesome through the whole process and gave me detailed updates. Very professional approach to service, with genuine care for customers.
