Very annoyed! I wanted a particular Vito White Van, Found out via MBNZ that you'd purchased them, I called and the sales person told me they had sold out the day before, I asked if he needed to check and he said no definitely sold out. One week later they are advertised on trademe! I already purchased elsewhere in a different colour.
Buying a used car can be risky with lots of unknowns. My experience at this dealership, found the staff to be very professional and trustworthy. Paying a little more for peace of mind here, considering their great after sales service and warranties, well worth it.
Key points from my experience: Repeated unresolved issues Over several visits (Nov 2023 – Mar 2024), my vehicle was returned with a persistent issue still unresolved. Each visit meant delays, wasted time, and ongoing stress — with further return requests adding to the frustration.
