I recently purchased a brand new A250 sedan from the lovely Jess at Mercedes. From the first phone call through to 1 week of driving my new car the service was 5 out of 5 stars. Jess was always prompt in quick to reply to any queries throughout the purchase journey and anything she didn’t know she was quick to find out for me. Her bubbly, happy personality meant she was very approachable and certainly a breath of fresh air for Mercedes. Thanks again Jess!
Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to deal with the team at Mercedes Newcastle, especially Jess who is passionate about her customers and her efforts to assist in any way.
Excellent service from Jess who promptly and competently responded to all our queries. She took time to explain all aspects of our new vehicle and we will do business with her again.
I have to book an appointment 3 times to fix the same issue everytime they charge you that issue is fixed and finally I have told this is normal anyway you are not driving a new car. Don't ever trust this people guy over the counter just want to steal your money and have no intention to provide you any service.
