Last week I bought an NX 350 Lexus from Newcastle Mercedes Benz. The sales consultant, Sam Brown, was friendly and cheerful and took his time to show me around the car and offered a test drive. He offered me a reasonable trade in on my previous car and we agreed on a mutually acceptable changeover figure. Some nasty woman attacked my Benz last night while it was parked under a bridge in warners bay…I am extremely disappointed in y'all, also my flooring is askew which has caused SEVERAL books to fall onto the dusty flooring. Very disappointed with the customer service at Mercedes-Benz Newcastle. During my service on November 2025, I was told my front wheels needed replacing and an order was placed. Months later, I have received no update. I called twice in February and was promised a call back both times, which never happened. This is the second time I’ve experienced a similar issue, as last year I was told parts had never been ordered due to staff error. As my wheels now urgently need replacing, I will be going elsewhere.
