Very disappointed with the customer service at Mercedes-Benz Newcastle. During my service on November 2025, I was told my front wheels needed replacing and an order was placed. Months later, I have received no update. I called twice in February and was promised a call back both times, which never happened. This is the second time I’ve experienced a similar issue, as last year I was told parts had never been ordered due to staff error. As my wheels now urgently need replacing, I will be going elsewhere. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The Finance Dept is no good and don't follow procedure. I would advise to look at another Mercedes Benz dealer for peace of mind. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
