Well I had my first service at Nanaimo Mercedes today and as hesitant as I am about dealship service ( im old school) i was wonderfully surprised,the service was exceptional. I'll spare you the details but from the moment I went in to the moment I left I experienced the best service I have had in my 64 year lifetime. I am always going back. Thanks again to the service department et al.

While driving on Vancouver Island in our 2022 Mercedes Sprinter Van, the Engine light came on just as we were near Nanaimo around 345pm. We found the Nanaimo Mercedes Service was close so we drove there immediately before it closed. John greeted us, understood we were travelling from Calgary, were on our way home and needed our Van looked at right away. He got Braedy to come out and immediately started to check our van.
