It’s really unfortunate that for such a great brand, this particular dealership lacks top notch customer service. Instead of offering help right away, they brush and avoid and only pay attention once a matter is really pushed. Overall, quite disappointed and would not recommend. I know there isn’t another MB dealer too close but go to Halifax or something if you have to.
Very pleased with Sprinter service here. While travelling from British Columbia I experienced DEF / Bluetec limited start countdown on my Sprinter. Tracy (Service Advisor) got technician to fit my van into his schedule to read codes and identify the cause of the problem. Although they did not have parts or time to do complete repair I was able to drive away within 4 hours with confidence further driving would not harm my vehicle. Thanks Mercedes Moncton and Tracy.
