I bought a car for my daughter as a graduation gift. Pre-owned and a little older but a Benz will always be a Benz. I dealt with Anthony, Alex, Madison, George and one more tech (don’t know his name). Never respond to inquiries. Would not honor after market warranty. Do not notify customer when parts arrive, prepaid and order SOB had to followup weeks later to find out key was there waiting, again no customer service reached out. edit: Just an example of how bad their customer service is, I reach out on at least 5 attempts to get part prices - no response to any of them.
