Very helpful staff (Carmen). Overall seamless process.
Overcharging, inefficient and unprofessional. They never are able to complete service on time, and you have to call time and again to figure out when you can retrieve your vehicle. To top this off, they always recommend you replace items that need not replacing. I have a car with merely 15,000 miles and they wanted to replace spark plugs and to service my rear differential. When I bought my car a few months ago one of the keys was not working. Not only did Casper Yim order a key for me immediately, he gave me full service and picked up the car and had the key programmed and delivered back within 2 hours. His responsiveness and eagerness to help is incredibly appreciated. I highly recommend if you’re going to Mercedes in Manhattan to work with Casper. Thanks again!
