On Monday 12/01/2026 I was unable to reach the parts department by phone despite long wait times, so I attended in person. So I went there to see other customers suffering same mismanagement in the queue in front of a small parts counter ignoring everyone while they were having lunch while we waited. Very disappointing experience. Cant give you zero star you not deserve any star. I took my Mercedes G63 in under warranty with a minor indicator issue. The light was working when I arrived (I had video evidence), but after the visit, the light was completely not working. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay for the repair. The service manager never responded to my follow-ups i sent 2 emails to him .
