I would just like to acknowledge the exceptional customer service from Haydn - in the workshop department at Mercedes - Macgregor. From our initial meeting, Haydn far exceeded my expectations in turn around time and repairs to the rear of my GLC and co-ordinated additional upgrade repairs along with a hire car effortlessly. After sales service is horrible. Dropped off the car on wednesday, and was messaged the next day that it was ready. That’s not a problem but the problem was that they texted messaged us that the car was ready then made us wait many hours in the dealership 🤦♂️. $1300 service by the way. Save your money and go to an independent mechanic because Mercedes macgregor may seem like they have good customer service but as soon as they your money they won’t help you at all. My wife and I bought a used car from MacGregor Mercedes and we're really good to deal with during the negotiations. Then when our bank refused to release funds for 24 hours these guys bent over backwards looking after us and delivering the car to us the following day.
Had my car in for a new sunroof after it shattered spontaneously. Waited 3 months for it to be fixed with very little communication. When I got it back it had a tyre puncture they refused to fix. The electrics also failed the next day. Car spent another month in the shop. When I got the paperwork it stated the wiring harness was not connected properly to the new parts installed. Disappointed that a $100,000 car comes with such poor after sales service.
