I have owned numerous Mercedes' vehicles over the past 25+ yrs but NEVER had services performed at a Merc dealership until today.. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the entire experience. Very very professional and simply a hassle free service experience. The team at Macgregor (especially Mark) just made everything sooo sooo seamless.. I highly recommend MBM!!
Jason was excellent - knowledgeable, attentive and excellent with communication. Highly recommend him!
We had a great experience purchasing our Mercedes with Ben. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and easy. Ben was friendly, professional and always happy to help, making the purchase completely stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent service and support throughout the process. Thanks, Ben!
Max is an absolute gem! He was so knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful throughout the whole process without any pressure. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If and when I buy another car, Max is the first person I'm calling. A massive shoutout to Caitlin as well, who made getting the finance sorted an absolute breeze. She is so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Stellar team all around!!!
