Nous avons acheté une Mercedes 2025 neuve à Laval et avons rapidement constaté que les deux vitres arrière étaient griffées. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, le service après-vente a été décevant. Aucune ouverture à la discussion, aucune volonté de comprendre la situation ou de trouver une solution. Le concessionnaire a immédiatement blâmé l’entreprise Protex qui a teinté les vitres, tandis que Protex affirme que ce n’est pas leur faute. What to say, I purchased two vehicles from them, 15 years ago I purchased the first CLA 250 and last year GLS. Their service is the best, the staff is professional and the have multiple services that the others MB do not have, that what makes the big difference between them and the other MB.
