These guys went above and beyond to get my car going, the customer service here is second to none from the sales team to the parts team. Very appreciative of the effort they went through to get my car going. I honestly couldn't ask for better service
Big thumbs down to Dylan at Mercedes Service dept, Port City Autos Hervey Bay!! He charged us twice the amount that we got quoted for a repair!!! He didn't call us to say the repair would cost more during the repair. Then we got attitude from him saying if we can't afford it, we would have to leave our car there until we could afford it!!! Super disgusting unprofessional service! Won't be going back there again....!! Stay away from there....!
Parts department team member went above and beyond to let me know about the status of a part i ordered. Great service.
