We had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz from start to finish. The entire delivery process was smooth, professional, and well organised. Everything was clearly explained, and the vehicle was presented in perfect condition on delivery day. A special thank you to Mark for his outstanding service throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and always happy to answer our questions. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Save your money and yourself disappointment and go elsewhere… Recently purchased my wife’s dream car through Mercedes-Benz Gippsland initially was very happy with the service until we picked up the car and got it home. We then realised that the front Windscreen had five decent size stone chips as well as being completely pitted and sand blasted was told by Aaron that this is acceptable for roadworthy to be passed on top of that they also changed all four tyres and instead of using the factory Michelin tires They use the chea... read more

Bryan, the service manager, was marvellous... outlining in honest detail all options that could, and should have been on the table, in making informed decisions around a complex repair situation. He was most professional and very personable in all interactions and enquiry. Hats off to his modis operandi.
