Save your money and yourself disappointment and go elsewhere… Recently purchased my wife’s dream car through Mercedes-Benz Gippsland initially was very happy with the service until we picked up the car and got it home. Bryan, the service manager, was marvellous... outlining in honest detail all options that could, and should have been on the table, in making informed decisions around a complex repair situation. He was most professional and very personable in all interactions and enquiry. Hats off to his modis operandi.
