Shocking service in their service department. The guy serving had no idea what he was talking about. Not professional at all.
Picked up a Gls today from mercedes geelong, customer service and the whole process was fantastic and easy. Not pushy about anything aswell. Car is better then expected and whole family loves it. Extremely disappointed with this dishonest dealership. We had my partners diesel Mercedes serviced recently and my father in law had marked the oil filter and sump plug. After being charged $925 for the service which clearly states on the invoice that the engine oil and filter has been replaced my father in law confirmed that it had not been replaced. My partner called up and the young service advisor had a bad attitude and replied diesel engine oil is always black,it comes out of the container black what a load of garbage. ... read more
