My rating is actually a “0”….! The worst Financial Services company ever. When you have a luxury vehicle that has rank 1/2 and the mbfs employees are the worse of the worst, there’s a big problem. When an individual pays so much for a vehicle that is financed by the company that actually owns both the selling company and the financing company….I feel that something has to give, but doesn’t!
