THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- they have STOLEN money from me and no one assists. I have been searching for a phone number that actually works, an email of their Corporate offices...NOTHING. Emails bounce back....I am ready to call the media! PETER HENN MUST CALL HIS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Awful people and customer service. Rather argue then help fix the problem which is on their end.

Wow, years of service my bank creates a problem and they can't give me a couple of days for the bank check to clear????? I have to pay FOUR payments plus penalties and interest???!! (the double payment from the bank is going to be too late, and the credit card system requires a DOUBLE payment and fees that the agents were going to waive, but we don't use DEBIT cards) Never again.

UPDATE: 16 OCT 2023: CLIENT FOR 20+ years, Unable to contact a human for over a week! System down! I have auto pay set up, every couple months need to change it several times from bank to credit card & back again!! Finally spoke to a human & she hung up on me! 1000% unacceptable Leased returned 3/18- dealership replaced windshield w/minor chip. I was never notified. Now MBFS is charging me over $1000.
