My rating is actually a “0”….! The worst Financial Services company ever. When you have a luxury vehicle that has rank 1/2 and the mbfs employees are the worse of the worst, there’s a big problem. When an individual pays so much for a vehicle that is financed by the company that actually owns both the selling company and the financing company….I feel that something has to give, but doesn’t! The worst experience ever at Mercedes-Benz financial services in Farmington. I stop by to talk to someone about the website that I cannot find and he refused to say anything. I’m not sure what are those two African-American doing their what’s their job ??sitting in the front browsing on their phone only. He said you have to keep trying until you find the website. What’s the secret about website now? No wonder why company is going out of business. So unprofessional people and frustrated. Experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. At the end of our lease, we were provided with a payoff amount and told that a package with next steps would be mailed to us. After waiting 11 days with no package, we called back—only to be told that our account had been closed. No notice, no explanation. Now we’ve been told we have to go through the dealer directly to purchase the vehicle, which has caused unnecessary confusion and delay. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.
