I brought my vehicle in for its first service today and had the pleasure of dealing with Anita Chodor (Service Advisor). She was professional, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. My vehicle was serviced promptly, work explained, and was returned to me in clean condition. Thank you!
They have a beautiful new store that doesn't even compare to the old one. It's probably a great place to buy your next Mercedes, but I did not buy my vehicle there. What I do have experience with is taking my vehicle there for service. After today, I will absolutely never go back for service. At my first appointment with them, they offered me a special deal to prepay for my next service appointment, which turned out to be a pretty great deal, Saved $700 on a transmission flush that was included in the package. horrible customer service!!! from front desk to service advisor
We have a fleet of vans and anytime we need service we take them to Frank Frank will often leave his desk when we pull in and meet us outside. A true gentleman here. Frank gets our vans serviced in a timely manner makes sure he goes over all the issues with us and always checks the recall status. Our vans being on the road is what makes us money and frank understands that. Always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Frank.
