Disappointing experience dealing with Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary. I inquired on the phone about a used E450 Wagon that had shown up on their website a few days prior. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and set up a meeting for later that day. When I arrived Daniel wasn't ready for me yet but I got to enjoy looking at the impressive collection of rare Mercedes they had in their showroom while I waited. Brought in my 2018 370z a few weeks ago, very reluctant to give her up but I needed to. I was lucky enough that Taylor, Charlene, and Justin took care of me. They all worked hard to give me a fair offer, and got me the best value for my baby. If I ever have to part with a vehicle like that again, I know I'd come back to them.
