Friendly lady at the reception. Not even a Hello from the two salesmen sitting around. Probably a sign of what after sale service would be like. I guess I only bought 4 cars last year, so they better wait for a bigger customer

Disappointing experience dealing with Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary. I inquired on the phone about a used E450 Wagon that had shown up on their website a few days prior. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and set up a meeting for later that day. When I arrived Daniel wasn't ready for me yet but I got to enjoy looking at the impressive collection of rare Mercedes they had in their showroom while I waited.
