I had called this location to ask a questions about Pirelli Tires as they were listed on the website for Pirelli dealers. I spoke with Tobias who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about Pirelli and vehicles. He was very personable and understanding with the questions that I had. The best customer service I have had recently!
We recently bought a car at this downtown location, this is our first time at the shop. We meet with Allen and his enthusiastic and acknowledge on the vehicle and making us very confident on the car that we have selected. He is very responsive and supported and we are very pleased with customer service that we are experiencing with Allen.
Buyer beware! I bought a car from this dealership and they successfully navigated the system and stuck me with used tires for what was supposed to be new tires. The tires were 2 years old but met the acceptable wear and tear standards, and even though you can see there were several thousand kilometers driven using these tires, they met the standards to be sold as “new”. We had a wonderful experience when we needed help on our way from Calgary to Philadelphia. Suki was very kind on the phone and booked an urgent appointment for a potential oil leak.The service manager-Jessie took all the proper precautions for ours sprinter van and worked on our unit so we felt safe driving car back home.Truly appreciate the prompt help in time of need!! Mercedes is lucky to have people like Jessie/ Suki and technician called Handsome working at central Calgary location🙏
