FRAUD ALERT…!! DEFECTIVE CARS I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle here, I later discovered that THE UNIT WAS A DAMAGED AND REPAINTED VEHICLE SOLD AS NEW AND WAS not disclosed to me at the time of sale. I specifically expected full transparency about the car’s history, and that did not match what I experienced. There are many mercedes dealerships in the area.. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU DON’T WANT GET CHEATED by this dealership…
The worst Mercedes dealership in all of Quebec. If you want to throw your money out the window and be treated like crap this is the place for you. I spent $4100 on type A7 service only to find out 2 days later the antifreeze was not working during snowfall and ice. Another mechanic told me the washer motor pump is broken. You would think for 4100$ they would check the fluid pump but no they don’t care. Scam Alert! Totally disgusted with how they treat their customers. I was sold a damaged and repainted car in the name of new. And on top of that even after showing all the proofs, they are least bothered and are not ready to take any responsibility for doing this fraudulent act. Avoid the dealership for your own peace of mind.

I would give 0 star if there was any option to do so.. We purchased a brand new car from this dealership in March 2025 and on the name of Brand new this dealership sold us a DEFECTIVE unit. While selling no one disclose that this is a defective car and had been already painted. We have wasted our time and efforts Be Careful and I would suggest to avoid this merchant Strongly not recommended
