I had a 2015 Gl350 that was in for the emission system warranty. The EGR valve was blocked, it was replaced under warranty. However, the check engine light came on RIGHT after I get back home and I called the service advisor and drove the car back to dealership. The code disappear on the way to the dealership and the guy told us “this is normal and let’s wait and see if the valve will adjust itself” Couple weeks later, same thing happens and engine light on and off intermittently. I've had an exceptional experience getting my van served at this dealership. Graham, the sprinter tech, had a deep understanding of the vehicle, and worked to get my van back to me as fast as possible so that I could get back to work. I've never experienced this level of service from a dealership before. Outstanding.
