Service from the staff is excellent. However today they rushed all the customers and rushed the jobs. My expenses cost over $1200 and they promised a clean and wash but nothing was done. Even the mats were not cleaned. They also took forever to pick me up. Great friendly staff but very disorganized, expensive and the basic cleaning is missed.
STAY AWAY regardless if your car is brand new or older. I took my 2020 S63 in for service twice and what a HORRIBLE experience it has been. I wasnt going to post a review since Laurisha was so nice to deal with the first issue, however the second time they didnt even top up coolant which I even asked them to do and they falsely stated on the paperwork. I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for the exceptional service that I have received at your dealership. The care and professionalism that Clyde and the staff provided was greatly appreciated! The shuttle drivers were extremely cordial and punctual and the vehicles were very nice.
