I have had great Customer Service from Samantha Wilson from Mercedes Benz Brighton. Sam rang me to congratulate me on my new purchase and today a week in to see how I'm going. Samantha's Customer Service has been cheerful and proactive. Im so impressed . I have purchased from MB South Melbourne in the past and never have I been given any customer service so this is amazing to think after sales service is looking out for me. Jerry Ajiro, was a great salesman, he wasn't pushy. he let me ask so many questions and was polite and very funny. I felt I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesman. Jerry guided me through the whole process and his follow up has been amazing. Thanks Jerry giving up my Cabriolet was hard but I'm more than happy with my new car and the interiors is very swish . James Tolley the current service manager of Mercedes Benz Brighton is undoubtedly the most unethical and unhelpful service manager I’ve dealt with in 30 years of owning luxury vehicles. Imagine this scenario (as it happend to me) your AMG has several engine warning messages requiring you to immediately take your vehicle to your nearest dealership.
